Episode 15: Braised Cabbage Bohemian Style

This recipe for this episode of our cooking show comes from Nina Kirkland, a very good friends of our show. The original recipe can be found at Videoculinary.ru (in Russian).  Thank you Nina! I am sure we could made it better. The bacon we used had more meat than fat and that probably make the world of a difference. The end result was very impressive! We are going to make again Braised Cabbage Bohemian Style  for sure!
