Garlic Soup - Our Favorite Soup For Buffalo Winters

Ingredients
- Three medium zucchini shredded.
- Three medium squash shredded.
- Three carrot shredded.
- Three ribs of celery chopped .
- 1 medium onion chopped.
- Four entire heads of garlic finely chopped.
- 8 quarts of chicken stock , vegetable stock or use Base
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot
- Cook for 45 minutes stirring occasionally
- Let cool and then freeze in smaller batches.
