Homemade Mayonnaise
Every one loves mayonnaise. This simple recipe will allow you to make home made mayonnaise using the whole egg instead just of yolks.

Ingredients
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 cup of oil (we love canola the best)
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice (or vinegar)
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of dry ground mustard seeds
Instructions
To make this recipe you will need a mason canning jar and a blender.
- Crack the egg into the jar, add oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), salt, dried ground mustard seeds.
- Blend on high speed (if your blender has two speeds) for about one or two minutes.
- Enjoy!
