Simple Sauerkraut Salad

This simple salad calls just for four ingredients – homemade sauerkraut, red onion, unrefined olive oil, pinch of salt.
Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups of homemade sauerkraut
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 3-4 table spoons of unrefined sunflower oil
  • pinch of slat
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the juice out the sauerkraut (don’t ever discard the juice off homemade sauerkraut, it’s full for probiotics)
  2. Thinly slice read onion and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.
  3. Add onion to sauerkraut, add unrefined sunflower oil and mix it well.
