Simple Sauerkraut Salad
This simple salad calls just for four ingredients - homemade sauerkraut, red onion, unrefined olive oil, pinch of salt.

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of homemade sauerkraut
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 3-4 table spoons of unrefined sunflower oil
- pinch of slat
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice out the sauerkraut (don't ever discard the juice off homemade sauerkraut, it's full for probiotics)
- Thinly slice read onion and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.
- Add onion to sauerkraut, add unrefined sunflower oil and mix it well.
